About Dairy Barn

Dairy Barn is will have a 4-star English Tourist Board (ETB) rating and is situated in a quiet lane near the centre of Draycott village. The village shop is only 200 yards away. Our home is just along the footpath if you should need anything and open country is within five minutes walk in any direction.

Dairy Barn provides pleasant family accommodation throughout the year, and we welcome children and pets. The Barn sleeps 6 (1 Double, 2 Twins) plus a childrens cot and is non-smoking throughout.

Ground Floor

The Front door leads to tiled hallway with cupboards and hanging space; utility area with washing machine, tumble drier and storage space.

To the left, a short corridor leads to shower room with razor point, heated towel rails and roomy shower; beyond which is a carpeted, twin bedded room with exit to patio.

To the right of the hallway is a second, fully carpeted twin bedded room.

First Floor

Carpeted staircase leads to open plan living area with oak floor and high, beamed ceiling.  It comprises dining area, fitted modern kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and  fridge/freezer, and comfortable living area with  SKY Freesat TV and  WiFi/broadband access. 

Full length glass doors from both kitchen and living space, give a light and airy feel to views across the Cheddar Valley.

Both  doors open onto a balcony and  an outdoor, stone staircase.

There is also a third, fully carpeted double bedroom on this floor, with double bed and door to balcony. All beds with sheets and duvets.

Patio and Garden

Outside there is a roomy patio and access to larger patio and garden. Facilities for barbeques, washing line and two parking spaces.

Services & Facilities

Full gas central heating, ALL POWER, TOWELS, KITCHEN, TABLE,  AND BED LINEN  ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT.

Cot and High Chair available. 

TV with SKY Freesat, DVD, WiFi/broadband facility,  radio, microwave, hair drier, iron, washing machine and drier, patio seating.
